Home

Prince Charles is a community that is home to approx 675 homes (2012 census). We are bounded on the north by the Yellowhead Trail, on the west by 127 Street, on the east by 121 Street, and on the south by 118 Avenue. Many of the homes in our neighbourhood were built on large lots in the decade after WWII and boast beautiful, mature trees.

We welcome you to our site and hope you find it helpful. While we are still ‘under construction’, much like our boundary roadways, we will strive to keep you informed of initiatives and events that pertain to this community.

We also invite you to check out our Facebook page and, if you wish to subscribe to our monthly newsletter, please contact any of our board members with your information.

I would just like to say the following about unsupervised children in the Prince Charles playground: a lot of their behavior is unacceptable. We go there often with my son and I see a lot of the same kids destroying trees, tipping over garbage cans and strewing the contents everywhere etc. Tonight was particularly bad when a group of them are throwing large chunks of concrete around and damaging the spray park area with their actions. Several little kids were also trying to throw pieces around and I fear that since the older kids are NOT setting a good example they will get hurt. A mother today with her little baby was getting attitude from these kids after telling them to stop. She felt bad because she felt it wasn't her place to say anything...Well, here is the long and short of it: if I'm bringing my child to the park I'm going to say something to these kids. This isn't the first time I've seen this kind of behavior and I personally have had these kids lip me off in the past when they are kindly asked to be a little safer and not blatantly disrespectful to adults. I did my share of bad things as a kid but wanton destruction and disrespecting my elders was not one of them. So please have a talk with your children. Thank you. ... See MoreSee Less
